Councillor Mrs Ryan was elected to the Council on 3rd May 1990, was Deputy Mayor in 2004/2005, was Deputy Mayoress from July 2006 to May 2007 and Mayor in 2007/08.
Councillor Mrs Ryan is a Governor of St John’s Special School, is Chairman of Redbridge Arts Council and is on the Board of Redbridge Sports and Leisure.
